ADOPT-A-PARK

Would your group like working together in a real hands-on project where the results are readily seen and appreciated by others in the community? Would your group like to become a part of a concerted community effort to greatly improve the overall appearance and use of our parks, helping to make our community a much more attractive and enjoyable place to live, work and play?

THEN THE ADOPT-A-PARK PROGRAM MAY BE FOR YOU. . .

The ADOPT-A-PARK Program provides a vehicle through which the public can help care for our parks and open spaces.

Community organizations and other groups can provide valuable learning opportunities, and serve as an outlet for people to express their creativity. This program also provides an official means through which the Department of Recreation, Parks and Library can accept and utilize volunteer help and service. If your group is interested in finding out more, please contact:  (559) 684-4323.
