The Tulare Recreation and Parks Department along with NFL and Pepsi host a local competition of Punt, Pass, and Kick. Participants have a chance at Punting, Passing and Kicking and then receive a final score based on the total of the three. This event is open to both boys and girls 8 - 15 years of age (as of December 31st the current year). The top scorer in each age division then advances to the sectional competition and eventually could end up at a NFL stadium competing in the Team Championships.
